This festive season, Fifty Five East at Grand Hyatt Mumbai brings Onsadaya

These 27 delicacies are curated by none other than Chef Marina Balkrishna

This Onam it’s all about food, as Grand Hyatt Mumbai brings you a traditional Onasadya of 27 delicacies curated by none other than Chef Marina Balakrishnan as a first of its kind. Chef Marina who is famous for her vegetarian Sadya, will take over the kitchen of our all-day dining, Fifty Five East as she prepare her meal with seasonal and fresh produce using ancient cooking techniques intrinsic to her food.

Enjoy delicacies on offer such as Vendakka Kichadi, Beetroot Pacchadi, Pazham, Red Rice, Ada Pradaman, Olan, Kaya Varatha, and a lot more in an authentic setting.

Speaking about traditional ceremonies, the brunch will comprise of a special Kathakali dance performance. Kathakali, a major form of classical Indian dance is a “story play” genre of art, but one distinguished by the elaborately colorful make-up, costumes and face masks that the traditionally male actor-dancers wear.
