This winter, Nova Artisan Gelato launches its Strawberry Specials

Made in small batches to maintain its quality, consistency and flavour, Nova’s artisanal gelatos are inspired by international flavours

Nova Artisan Gelato is set to transport Mumbaikars to the bylanes of Italy, one scoop at a time this winter to walk-in at the gelateria or order online the special strawberry flavours. The brand was started by Simran Advani as a home-kitchen project in 2019 and she launched her first outlet in October 2021 this year at the Shalimar Hotel at Kemps Corner.

Passionate about desserts, particularly gelato, Advani had her first experience with gelatos when she studied in Milan in 2017. Once she had tried this traditional homemade Italian delicacy, it piqued her interest and soon, she was hooked on it.

Made in small batches to maintain superior quality, consistency and flavour, Nova’s artisanal gelatos are inspired by international flavours and made with the highest quality natural ingredients. Each batch is crafted carefully to give customers an authentic experience, whether they eat it at home or in-store. Customers can indulge their sweet tooth with the Strawberry special flavours this winter like theDark Chocolate Strawberry (vegan), Strawberry Sorbet (vegan) and Berry Cheesy.

Nova Artisan Gelato offers 300ml and 500ml tubs which are priced starting at Rs. 420, exclusive of taxes. The brand is also available on Swiggy and Zomato.
