After 24 months of waiting, and much thought, Zeta adopts a new philosophy to its food and beverage offering with ‘food thoughtfully sourced, carefully served.’
The philosophy brings the concept of source local, where the culinary team of Zeta creates modern, contemporary Italian delicacies to bring you a mélange of flavors. Working with like-minded collaborators such as Spotted Cow Fromagerie, and T10 Farms Farmland, Zeta serves the freshest ingredients that are organic or source fresh ingredients. Guests can indulge in a multitude of delicacies like Handmade Mushroom Tortellini, Seafood Risotto, John Dory, Tuscan Flatbread and a selection of international and artisanal Cheese by Spotted cow Fromagerie.
A hardwood floor complemented by exposed walls and coarse murals give a timeliness dining destination a ristorante vibe. After months of hard work, Zeta is all geared up to host the finest evenings and unmatched experiences.
