Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru appointed Ashish Nehra as director of f&b

In his new capacity, Ashish Nehra will oversee food & beverage (F&B) at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru which is scheduled for opening on 1st May. Nehra sees his role as weaving a common thread between the outlets and will focus on consistency and quality, no matter where one chooses to dine at Four Seasons. The hotel’s overarching dining experience is a celebration of international cuisine presented in an interactive style and Nehra will be responsible for ensuring that guests depart with a stellar dining experience each and every time. 

Nehra started his career as a trained Pastry Chef in Switzerland and has also worked with renowned brands such as The Leela Palaces Hotel and Resorts, Gurgaon; JW Marriott Kolkata and Delhi; The Oberoi Udaivilas in Udaipur; Wildflower Hall, Shimla; The Oberoi New Delhi, The Oberoi Rajvilas in Jaipur and The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra.
