As executive chef, Kiran Suvarna will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the kitchen, designing menus, developing new recipes and training the culinary team at the hotel. Passionately following his dream, Kiran Suvarna chose food production as his career, and worked in different hotels across the seas.
With his 16 years experience in industry, he has developed his repertoire to provide outstanding culinary experiences. With years of working in luxury hotels and restaurants in England, Singapore and India, chef Kiran Suvarna has acquired experience in various verticals of the food industry. Prior to joining the team at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, Kiran Suvarna served as head chef at Oasia hotel downtown, Singapore, where he established his career and cultivated culinary techniques and strong leadership in kitchen management.
