Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre appoints Aniket Kathe as director of food & beverage
Kathe brings with him over 16 years of experience in providing the best culinary experience to guests
Aniket Kathe, a skilled professional with extensive experience in the food & beverage segment, joins Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre as their new Director of Food & Beverage.
Prior to this, Kathe headed the F&B departments at hospitality brands such as The Orchid Mumbai, Crowne Plaza Chennai, Grand Mercure Goa Shrem Resort with skillful experience with Leela Palace Kempinski, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Taj Exotica Maldives and similar.
Kathe, in this new role, will not only lead the food and beverage operations at the dual establishment, but will also be responsible for enhancing the property’s signature dining services through his profound knowledge in the F&B space. He also comes with a well honed skill set comprising of efficient team management, administration of restaurant outlets, driving F&B marketing initiatives towards ensuring footfall generation and maximizing sales.

Kathe believes in developing strong basics, being process oriented and instilling an innovative approach in his team as he delights guests with out of the box ideas. An alumni of the Institute of Hotel Management, he has completed significant leadership and management courses from the E- Cornell University and the Harvard Management Mentor.
