Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park appoints Deepika Lohani as HR manager
Deepika comes with over 8 years of experience in human resources domain
In her role as the new HR manager at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park, Deepika Lohani will be responsible in conducting talent recruitment/acquisition strategies across all levels of staff and establishing & maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future business hiring needs.
She will be responsible in setting up HR Policies to improve transparency and clarity at all level & automating overall HR processes with distinction of working with Starwood Customer Contact Center, now Marriott Customer Engagement Center, for setting up HR process and policies.
She has been a key member in harmonization of HR policies and benefits during the integration process of Starwood Customer Contact Center and Marriott GRSCC. She has expertise in managing complete “Employee Life Cycle” ranging from Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, and Exit/ Separation. She is highly involved in employee engagement, performance appraisal, training and talent development, along with HR Audit and Statutory Compliances.
Deepika took up training to improve her skills and brought certificates under ‘Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®)’; ‘Behavioral Interviewing Certification 2014’; ‘Conflict Management Training 2015’; ‘License To Coach 2015’; ‘Building Employee Engagement 2016’; ‘Starwood Career Human Resources Track, 2017’ and ‘Foundation of Leadership 2019’ to name a few.
