The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi appoints Prateek Kalra as director of operations

Strengthening its dynamic team further, The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi is pleased to announce the appointment of Prateek Kalra as the Director of Operations for the hotel. Kalra brings with him over 14 years of hospitality experience and proficiency in handling multi-faceted roles.

In his new role, he will be seen providing strategic leadership to all departments and overseeing smooth functioning of the bustling 313 room luxury hotel with seven vibrant food and beverage outlets and sprawling event spaces. He will be using his expertise to nurture a business environment that consistently delivers positive results while improving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to his current appointment he has been the Director of Food & Beverages at Taj Coromandel, Chennai and at JW Marriott Mumbai, Sahar which was his last role. An alumni of the Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai, Kalra started his hospitality career in the Food and Beverage space as a Management trainee with the Taj Management Training Program and has worked across various roles and cities.
