Chef Aakash brings more than a decade of experience to the role
Chef Aakash Sachdev, the new executive chef at Four Points by Sheraton Pune, Hotel & Serviced Apartments, is all set to take reigns of the kitchens at Four Points by Sheraton Pune in his hands.
With over 12 years of culinary experience, Chef Aakash Sachdev will bring a dynamic and innovative energy to the hotel's diverse culinary scene. Armed with a diploma in Culinary Arts from Institute of Hotel Management Aurangabad (2006), Chef Aakash started his culinary journey as a commie 1 from Taj West End, and went on to helm some of the finest restaurants at the country’s leading five star hotels including JW Marriott Pune, Whitefield Bengaluru, The Westin Pune Koregaon Park and The Deltin Hotel Daman.
A classically trained chef, Aakash describes himself as someone who is continuously learning and adapting himself to the changing culinary landscape, evolving styles and local preferences. His passion for food, ingredients, and cooking techniques inspire him to experiment and bring a fresh perspective to his creations. Chef Aakash mostly works with European cuisines but he definitely loves to experiment with Modern Indian cuisine. His strength lies in his curiosity, willingness to experiment and an extensive knowledge of international culinary trends.
