Vikas Singh, the new Executive Chef for Hyatt Regency Kolkata, will be responsible for overseeing the entire F&B production operation.
His wide ranging experience, creative flair and ardent passion for the culinary art make him the perfect chef to oversee and maintain the legacy of the award-winning restaurants of the Hyatt Regency Kolkata.
Holding a strong record of streamlining operations and improving service while preserving highest levels of quality, menu engineering and food styling being his prime forte. He is passionate towards blending the contemporary eating habits with the authenticity of traditional flavours.
His passion to continuously learn and explore his craft has resulted in an impressive career spanning with previous work experiences that include working for 5-star hotels like Four Seasons, Marriott International, Accor Hotels as well as resort property Club Mahindra Resorts.
