JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar appoints Manoj Jangid as director of food and beverage
Manoj possesses 15 years of experience in the F&B industry
Manoj Jangid, the new Director of Food and Beverage of JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, will play a pivotal role in guest satisfaction plans and will lead the hotel’s Food and beverage operations.
A multitasker in his own way, Manoj specializes in areas of Event management, menu planning, estimation and budgeting, supervision of food and beverage quality.
Manoj’s journey started with Grand Hyatt, following this he moved on to Sofitel where he contributed a valuable 9 years towards maintaining product and service quality levels as well as maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting, training and developing managers.
His drive to succeed along with unwavering focus and effective time-management abilities has always been his key strengths. He has won numerous awards, including the Food and Beverage Manager of the year 2018 (West Zone) with BW Hotelier. Manoj’s team was also the winner of the best food & Beverage team India.
