Fairmont Jaipur appoints Shiva Arora as executive sous chef
Chef Arora brings 11 years of experience to the role
Shiva Arora, the new Executive Sous Chef at Fairmont Jaipur, will lead the operations of the culinary team, along with Executive Chef Prasad Metrani. The hospitality veteran Shiva Arora is proficient in managing high-quality kitchen operations while keeping a check on budgets and cost control. He is also a certified Food Safety Manager having completed the TAP (Training Achievement Program) Series.
Prior to joining Fairmont Jaipur, Chef Arora has worked with various hospitality brands such as JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, Accor’s Pullman Novotel complex at Aerocity, The Oberoi Gurgaon, Old World Hospitality’s Delhi O Delhi and Chor Bizarre to name a few.
From being a part of the team behind best North Indian Restaurant in North India in 2013 by Times Food Awards to receiving accolades for Best Butter Chicken Cook-off at the Top Chef Awards in 2016, Chef Arora is a true artistic individual.
