Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru appoints Anurag Barthwal as executive pastry chef
Having laid his foundation at The Oberoi Group, honing his skills at several of their properties across India, Anurag was also with the The Leela Palace Gurgaon for two years
Anurag Barthwal has been appointed as the Executive Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru. He has close to two decades of experience in bakery and joins from Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, China. Anurag has been recognised at several award platforms including the Times Food & Nightlife Award, Travel + Leisure Delicious Food Award, and Food Food Award for his inventive take on pastry. In his current role at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, Anurag Barthwal will be responsible for the hotel’s exceptional patisserie, infusing his signature contemporary outlook into the craft.
Anurag Barthwal holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Kovalam with an Advanced Training in Bakery and Confectionery from French Pastry Chef & Instructor, Eric Perez in Bangkok, Thailand.
