And when the visitors are in the mood to take it slow, just sit back and stare at the night sky and soak in Rajasthan’s true hospitality via its culinary offerings, including local treats such as the Pyaaz or Dal Kachori platter, Bikaneri sev tamatar, pithod masala, ker sangri (one of Rajasthan’s specialities), gatta curry, mirchi vada, lal maas, dunger murg, and missi roti among others.
