Khushi Kumar is an accomplished professional, with more than 13 years of experience in hospitality management joins Clarks Safari. During her work tenure, she has served the hospitality sector in various operational roles.
As Corporate Operation Manager for Clarks Safari, she will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, recruiting team, implementing various processes, training frontline managers, representing the brand in various conferences and workshops.
She started her career with Ramada, Jaipur as front office assistant. From there she worked with many reputed brands like Lebua, Vivanta by Taj, Taj Jal Mahal, Clarks Amer, Ananta Resort and Spa, etc. Her last assignment was in the capacity of Front Office Manager, at Souvenir Premier, Jaipur. She was responsible for liaising with department heads, monitoring the front desk closely, ensuring guest standards and requirements are properly maintained. During her work tenure, an increase in guest satisfaction level was reported.
A graduate of, Kota University, she has a diploma in aviation, hospitality and travel management from Franklin Institute, and would be responsible for implementing new guest experiences, and developing experiential travel itineraries on the property. She will also push local employment.
