Hailing from the culturally vibrant city of Kolkata, Ghosh completed her education at the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management before embarking on an illustrious career that included notable leadership positions.
As Hotel Manager at Mulberry Shades Nandi Hills, Ghosh’s primary focus will be to position the hotel as a wellness paradise for local travel enthusiasts and national travellers, while upholding the quintessential brand qualities of the Tribute Portfolio within the Marriott group.
Ghosh aims to secure a significant market share and enhance the establishment’s food and beverage revenue as well. Her expertise in pre-opening and project management will also enable her to mentor colleagues, develop comprehensive training plans, and assess performances effectively.
With a profound love for travel and genuine curiosity for different cultures, Ghosh’s global perspective and attention to detail further enhance her role as Hotel Manager. Having explored 16 countries to date, she eagerly anticipates expanding her travel horizons in the years to come.
