Farhana has prolific experience of over 19 years with a career graph that spans International brands and large hotel operations. In her role an Executive Housekeeper, she has played an instrumental in streamlining operational efficiency by creating and implementing standard operating procedures for housekeeping operations, keeping in line with the brand’s service standards to provide the highest levels of comfort and hospitality to guests further leading to achieving maximum guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.
Farhana was the Top 5 finalist in South Asia for the Stelliers Award for “Housekeeping Hotelier of the Year” 2019 in recognition for her outstanding contribution.
In her previous assignment as Executive Housekeeper at Le Meridien, Hyderabad, as a part of the pre-opening team, she was known for her expertise with modern housekeeping techniques, optimum resource utilization strategies and the implementation of the highest safety and hygiene standards within hotel operations. Farhana has also worked with Novotel Hyderabad and Accor Hotels
Farhana is known to possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and guest relationship management. She will be instrumental in further enhancing the procedures of Marriott International’s ‘Commitment to Clean’ program which ensures utmost safety and hygiene for guests and associates across all functions.
