Neha Chhabra commenced her career with The Oberoi Group of Hotels and was soon a part of Marriott International’s leadership team.
Hailing from Kolkata, Neha comes from a self-made business family. Neha spent her early years enjoying the eclectic culture of the city. Extremely academic and intellectual, Neha was all set to start her education in Economics when she stumbled into the hospitality profession by pure chance. Having been accepted for specialization in Economics, Neha joined the hotel management institute for a short stint. She enjoyed her time so much that she chose this over a career as an economist, never to look back.
At JW Marriott Goa, Neha will lead the dynamic leadership team to position the hotel in India’s most favored holiday destination. She will focus on increasing employee engagement, driving guest voice scores, and building relationships with key stakeholders while driving revenue and growing market share.
A keen traveller and swimmer, Neha ensures both are penciled into her calendar. She loves her moments off with her family and enjoys this time with her little son, Veer, and hotelier husband, Manas.
