Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel is delighted to welcome Sathender Singh as the new Associate Director of Food and Beverage (F&B). Sathender, a veteran in the industry, will now be responsible to carry out overall beverage and food operations which include financial, managerial and operational aspects of the hotel’s F&B endeavors. He comes with exemplary knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry especially food and beverage, which will enable him to establish a formidable brand presence in the market.
Sathender Singh has over 15 years of experience working in the food and beverage sector, managing restaurants, running banquets, and organizing events. His outstanding administrative and leadership abilities in the aforementioned fields have served him well in the past. He has worked with prominent 5-star hotels all of his professional life, which has made him a highly motivated man.
Singh started his career associating with a brands like ‘Ananda In The Himalayas’ in the year 2005, after which he never looked back and started climbing up the hill all through his career and worked with different hotels across India like; Westin Sohna; Le Meridien; Hyatt Regency; Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bangalore; Jaisalmer Marriott Resort and Spa, Rajasthan; and Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, holding various positions.
Adding more to his impeccable contributions towards the places he was part of, Sathender played an instrumental role during the pre-opening of the hotels like Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bangalore, Hyatt Regency Gurgaon and Westin Sohna Gurgaon.
Sathender holds a degree in Hotel Management from NIHM – Dehradun. From the many, Sathender has added feathers to his hat by being recognised as “GEM – Global Event Management” Asia Pacific Regional Winner held in Macau in 2016, Top 5 Banquet Manager of the year in 2017. Throughout his career, Singh has always endeavored to introduce novel concepts and out of the box ideas in the area of his expertise.
When not at work, Sathender likes to travel, read books, listen to music, and mobile photography.
