In 1975, nestled within the heart of South Delhi’s South Extension, Tipu Kohli embarked on a revolutionary mission that would reshape the landscape of North Indian cuisine. Under the visionary guidance of Tipu Kohli, Moti Mahal Delux transcended geographical boundaries, introducing its iconic North Indian flavors to audiences worldwide. In 2010, the brand achieved international prominence with the launch of its inaugural global outlet in New York. This bold stride conveyed the authentic essence of North India to a diverse and discerning audience, igniting a global culinary sensation.
