Hilton Goa Resort has announced a key leadership transition: Siddhant Salgaonkar, a long-standing member of the Hilton family, has been promoted to Director of Sales.
This move underscores Siddhant’s significant contributions to the organization since he joined in March 2019, and his journey with Hilton has seen him ascend from Sales Manager to Associate Director of Sales, before his current promotion.
He will also be in charge of a diverse portfolio that encompasses proactive sales, reactive/ catering sales, reservations, and revenue generation.
Additionally, Siddhant will be working hand-in-glove with the revenue strategy team to stay abreast of market trends. His role will be pivotal in ensuring that the resort remains competitively priced to sustain and grow its fair market share.
