The Machan embarks on significant expansion

Plans to open five hotels between 2024 and 2025 at Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and Jawai in Rajasthan, and Mulshi and Pawna near Lonavala

The Machan, as it marks three decades of exceptional hospitality, is strategically poised for expansion with plans to open five new hotels. These recent developments include prime locations in India such as Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and Jawai in Rajasthan, as well as Mulshi and Pawna near Lonavala in Maharashtra. All of these properties are slated to open between 2024 and 2025.

Rakshit Sharma, COO of The Machan, remarked, “Rajasthan and Maharashtra are outstanding destinations for weddings, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions), and leisure travel, offering a unique blend of rich heritage and natural beauty. We are diligently developing both operational and marketing strategies to ensure the successful and timely launch of our upcoming properties in these locations. Our commitment to sustainability will further enhance the traveller’s experience, providing an immersive and enriching journey that celebrates India’s natural heritage.”

Girish Menon, Head of Business Development, added, “India represents a significant market for both business and leisure travellers, and establishing a strong presence here is a key objective for us. Our goal is to double our footprint by 2025, expanding our presence across tier one, tier two, and tier three cities.”

These strategic moves position The Machan Resorts LLP to redefine experiential hospitality across the western and northern regions of India. Each property is thoughtfully crafted to provide guests with a perfect blend of comfort, sustainability, and immersive, nature-focused experiences.

The growth narrative reflects The Machan’s dedication to adapting to the evolving needs and preferences of its discerning guests. By introducing fresh ideas and innovative concepts, the group aims to enhance the guest experience while staying true to its core values of environmental responsibility and community engagement.
