Turnstone Realty LLP brings the Courtyard by Marriott brand to Mohali

Marriott International signs an agreement with Turnstone Realty LLP (Mewdallion Group) to bring Courtyard by Marriott to the city of Mohali in Punjab. The hotel is expected to open in 2025 and will feature 130 rooms.

Marriott International Inc. today announced it has signed an agreement with Turnstone Realty LLP (Medallion Group) to bring Courtyard by Marriott to the city of Mohali in Punjab. Located in the heart of the commercial hub, the new 130-room Courtyard by Marriott Mohali is expected to offer business travellers a continually elevated experience that meets the generational shift in how our guests work and travel today.

Courtyard by Marriott Mohali is located approximately 15 minutes from the Chandigarh International Airport. It’s ideal location in the heart of the bustling city gives travellers easy access to the business district which offers exciting restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is expected to be in close proximity to the famous Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, known as one of the best cricket grounds in the country. Maintained under the watchful eye of Mr. Gulzar Inder Singh as President of the Punjab Cricket Association, it is one of the most iconic places to see in Mohali. From temples to amusement parks, gardens, lakes, and sanctuaries, the city has everything to engage and delight a traveller.

Accentuating contemporary design that encompasses comfort and functionality, the hotel is anticipated to feature 130 smart and spacious rooms and suites. Each room will be fitted out with thoughtful amenities to help guests stay connected, productive and comfortable while on the road. The hotel is slated to offer three contemporary dining option outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant with a semi-open kitchen, a bakery and a lively Café & Bar. Additional design plans call for an outdoor pool and a fitness centre featuring cardiovascular equipment. Courtyard by Marriott Mohali is also expected to feature 600 square meters of versatile meeting and function space including two meeting rooms, making it ideal for business meets and social gatherings.

Courtyard by Marriott is the trailblazing brand with the largest global footprint of hotels within Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of 30 extraordinary brands and Courtyard by Marriott Mohali is expected to complement Marriott International’s existing portfolio of brands in India, which includes 131 hotels across 16 brands.
