Prashant Tikadia is Executive Chef at Meluha, The Fern

Prashant Tikadia has joined Mumbai’s Meluha, The Fern, an ecotel hotel, as executive chef. Before joining Meluha, he was associated with The Fern Ahmedabad in the same capacity. An IHM graduate, during his 15-year experience in the industry, he has worked with the Ambassador Group of Hotels, Hotel Marine Plaza, Fariyas Hotel, etc. He has also worked for some brands in Switzerland as well.
