Chef Suvaranjan Banerjee has been appointed as the Executive Chef at the Crowne Plaza Bengaluru. With experience of over 11 years, he has worked as executive chef at The Lalit Ashok-Bangalore, VP, culinary development and operations at Alila Hotels and Resorts, Zuri Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris and The park. Chef Banerjee completed his hotel management from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Kolkata. He is also a certified Internal Auditor for ISO22000 with TUV, SUD Germany.
