K3, an all-day diner, credits its wide-ranging offerings and their bar menu for the increase in revenue

K3 can be best defined as JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity’s food theatre. It spans three live kitchens dishing out Tuscan, Cantonese and Indian cuisines, each kitchen led by a passionate masterchef with 15 chefs working them live. Ramandeep Kapur, director – F&B at the hotel, says, “Our focus is on creating a dining experience that is authentic and warm. At K3, we serve an expansive menu and our Sunday brunch is quite popular.” The restaurant’s selection of beverages, honed to perfection by Ian Sedwell, the beverage manager, and in-house wine sommelier Simranjit Singh Kandra, has played a key role in the success. They recently introduced Coravin, a programme that enables guests to experience the jewels from their exclusive wine list.

K3 also hosts an exciting range of pop-ups, such as cuisine from the royal house of Rampur, besides hosting global chefs. “The concept of the restaurant, positioning, loyal customers and flawless execution has resulted in an outstanding performance,” prides Kapur.
