ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) is set to expand its presence in West Bengal with the signing of a management agreement for Mementos by ITC Hotels Siliguri. With this project, ITCHL’s portfolio in West Bengal now includes six operating hotels and another six in various stages of development.
Siliguri to host ITC’s first luxury resort in East India
Adding to the expanding brand presence, Mementos by ITC Hotels in Narendra Nagar, Rishikesh is under development in Uttarakhand. Now, Mementos by ITC Hotels Siliguri becomes the fourth destination for the brand and its first luxury resort in eastern India. Located within the 700-acre Dagapur Tea Estate in Siliguri, the resort will span 22 acres and is expected to welcome guests by 2029.
A world-class resort experience
The resort will feature 180 guest rooms, the signature Kaya Kalp Spa, and a range of banquet spaces suited for meetings, exhibitions, conventions, celebrations, and large-scale weddings.
