With over 12 years of insightful experience in the food and beverage industry, Hyun S. Park comes with a plethora of knowledge of the fine nuances of the luxury food and beverage industry. At the helm of affairs at The Hong Kong Club, Hyun S. Park is responsible for the overall operations of the venue.
He started his career in 2007 as a senior barman for The Wellington, Birmingham, here he took over a series of roles and moved up the ladder to excel in the mixology domain. In 2011, Hyun S. Park took over as the general manager for Archer Street, Soho in London overseeing the overall operations of the popular venue. The year 2013 was an exceptional year for him as he joined the Republic of Korea Navy where he served for a period of two years before taking on the role of a manager at Cafe Dior in South Korea. He joined the Hyatt family as food and beverage manager at Grand Hyatt Seoul in 2016. This was his last assignment before he took over the coveted role of general manager at Hong Kong Club at Andaz Delhi.
