The Westin Pune Koregaon Park appoints Chef Ho Chi Ming as the Specialty Chef for The Market – newly launched all day dining restaurant. Having worked in 5-star hotels previously like Sheraton Hyderabad, Le Meridien Thimphu, Hyatt and Ista Pune, Ming has worked in the award winning restaurant Baan Tao at Ista/ Hyatt Pune. Ming is all set to treat the guests at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park to some sumptuous, rich Asian flavors at The Market.
A pioneer in his field, he believes that creativity is key to his signature cooking style. His love for producing high quality, innovative dishes, is driven by his passion to put his own interpretation in signature dishes.
Chef Ho Chi Ming has introduced Vietnamese and Indonesian food in Thimphu. He loves designing new menus at different occasions to give his guests a memorable dining experience. His spontaneity and imagination while concocting dishes is what makes him stand out in the Asian culinary scene. Earlier last year Chef Ming also curated and designed an Asian menu for an Asian Festival at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.
