ITC Hotels’ leadership team, led by the dynamic Anil Chadha as the Divisional Chief Executive, is going through a wave of changes.
Zubin Songadwala, Area Manager, South, and spearheading ITC Ranadipa, is seen taking charge as ITC Hotel’s VP Operations – South and East. He will also continue to oversee ITC Ratnadipa, Colombo which is ITC hotel’s first international foray.
Among the other leadership changes that the Group is going through, here are the key developments.
Benita Sharma takes charge as VP New Revenue Streams. Meanwhile, Atul Bhalla will take charge as VP Operations North and West. Bhagwan Balani moves to ITC Maratha as the General Manager after a successful stint at ITC Grand Central, the hotel that’s been in the news for launching Dakshin, a signature cuisine offering from ITC Hotels.
Amaan Kidwai takes over as Area Manager Luxury Hotels, North. This includes ITC Grand Bharat, ITC Rajputana, ITC Mughal and the flagship ITC Maurya where he will be based. Amaan was earlier Head for Welcomhotels North and GM at Sheraton New Delhi. The same portfolio is now being steered by Amit Kumar who returns to Delhi after a memorable stint as the General Manager, ITC Grand Goa.
Akshay Kavra is elevated to the role of Hotel Manager, ITC Maurya.
Jitendra Taak moves ahead as General Manager, ITC Kohenur.
Shaariq Akhtar returns to ITC Grand Chola in a leadership role as its General Manager. In his previous tenure as General Manager, ITC Kohenur, he will be most remembered for launch of the gender inclusive programme, Project Nur.
Manas Krishna Moorthy moves from ITC Gardenia to ITC Grand Goa as the resort General Manager.
Meanwhile, Amandeep Kaur returns to ITC Gardenia as the hotel’s first lady General Manager. Rohit Mallick takes charge as General Manager, Welcomhotel Bengaluru. Kunal Pahwa moves from Welcomhotel Jodhpur to ITC Grand Central in a leadership role as property General Manager. Anuraag Saigal is elevated to the role of Resident Manager, Sheraton New Delhi.
