With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Bisht brings extensive culinary expertise, innovative menu development skills, and a proven record of elevating guest dining experiences to his new role.

Chef Bisht has honed his culinary talents through various positions, most recently serving as Executive Chef at Ramada by Wyndham, Vagator, India. He has previously held leadership roles with renowned brands such as Fairfield by Marriott in Ahmedabad, WelcomHotel by ITC, Delhi, and Radisson Agra. Known for his creative approach to Indian and regional cuisines, Chef Bisht has a strong commitment to sustainable sourcing, exceptional food quality, and cost control. His past accomplishments include curating special menus, managing large-scale events, and establishing new dining concepts that cater to diverse guest preferences.
