Alberto Mastromatteo Specialist in slowcooking, a Chef who has passed through the most recognized kitchens in the national territory, such as Akelarre (Pedro Sibijana) where he developed his work as Head Pastry Chef, Palace Hotel in Barcelona, Celler de Can Roca, even Diverxo (Daviz Munoz) in Madrid.

He currently assumes the command as Director of SUMMUMM Gastroespacio cooking school in Alcobendas and carries out a multitude of activities and gastronomic proposals of different styles, such as chef at home, blind tasting, showcookings, teambuildings for companies or personalized private events.
